If you combine a passion for issues of social justice with sound business administration skills and a love of systems, we'd love you to come and join our small, high-energy team. You'll manage a small team and oversee all administrative aspects of our open, in-house training and consulting work. Duties include coordinating between customers and consultants, organising training programmes, liaising with customers, managing a central diary system and office management. Excellent telephone manner, negotiation and problem-solving skills, a 'can-do' approach and minimum two year's management experience essential. We work in the UK and internationally. Our customers include Cancer Research UK, Amnesty International, UNICEF and CARE International UK. Salary: £27.5-32.5K pa + results driven profit share after first year. As a Fundraising Consultant you'll be working in our small high-level team. You'll work mostly on strategy development, larger campaigns and major donors. Part of the benefit of the post is you get to work alongside internationally regarded experts such as Bernard Ross and Angela Cluff. To give you an idea of the work you'd be doing we're currently engaged in projects advising on targets as big as £150M. We have also worked on a 27 country $500M campaign and a £40M appeal for a gallery. We work in the UK and internationally. Our customers include the British Council, NSPCC, National Trust for Scotland, UNICEF and CARE International UK. Salary: negotiable according to experience + profit related bonus. |

As a Learning and Development Consultant, you'll deliver a wide range of management training programmes – both 'open' and in-house. You'll also take a key role in business development by actively seeking development opportunities with organisations and pitching for in-house work.
