Energiser days
Our experience shows us that individuals and teams often benefit from ‘energiser days' several months after a training programme. These enable participants to re-engage with the key topics and themes that the training addressed, share their experiences of putting the learning into practice, and learn from each other's challenges and successes.
For example, when working with Concern Worldwide we designed energiser days to 'top up' the skills of managers, covering topics such as emotional intelligence and innovation.
