Tracking learning indicators

Learning indicators are metrics that you can use as a proxy for levels of performance, to track the wider impacts of your learning and development programme. For example, Broadway Housing studied staff rentention and user satisfaction to track the impact of a three year management development programme delivered by =mc.

=mc Learning and Development Consultants can help you to identify and measure relevant learning indicators throughout your learning and development process.

The Management Centre has delivered various in-house learning and development programmes for us over the past few years. These have been very well received with consistently high feedback, and the consultants have really enthused and engaged our staff in the learning activities.
