Clare is an accredited MBTI coach. She specialises in presentation, influence and communication skills.
Clare has been responsible for developing the cases for a number of national and international fundraising campaigns including NSPCC, UNICEF & Communitas Brazil. She was also a lead figure in developing the emergency response to the London Bombings on 7/7.
Chloë Longmore

Chloë has experience working on a wide variety of public, private and not-for-profit sector projects. She specialises in transformation, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
She has over 6 years consultancy experience and has most recently been assisting local authorities to provide better services for less through improved contracting and procurement.

Sarah has experience working on a wide variety of public and not-for-profit sector projects. She specialises in undertaking strategic analysis and research to provide clear and practical recommendations.
Sarah has worked as a consultant with government and not-for-profit organisations developing strategic plans, delivering workshops and improving business processes. She has also worked for over four years in public sector organisations on policy development, generating business cases and service transformation projects.
Deirdre Mills

Deirdre has worked on a number of public and not-for-profit sector projects. She specialises in analysis, policy development and campaign management.
Deirdre has considerable experience working with government organisations and has worked closely with the commercial sector in both the UK and southern Africa.
Colette Harvey

Colette uses her skills in research, stakeholder consultation and data analysis to support the work of the management and fundraising consultants. Previously she worked as a management consultant specialising in four areas: strategy, change, organisation and people.
She has experience in diverse settings, including national and international charities, private companies and government agencies.

David is an expert in knowledge management, strategy and fundraising. He worked for 22 years in senior management positions for leading international companies before dedicating himself to the not-for-profit sector in 1999.

Usha Menon, Director, =mc|Asia Usha Menon specialises in non-profit leadership enhancement and training. She has over 20 years experience in the not-for-profit sector, having held leadership positions at the National Council of Social Services in Singapore and Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). She was chairperson of the International Board of the Resource Alliance from 2004–2007. Usha is based in Singapore and fluent in English and Hindi.

Lucimara has over 10 years experience in fundraising, marketing and communications. She has previously worked with ActionAid and the Guggenheim Museum New York.
