Paula Guillet de Monthoux

Paula Guillet de Monthoux, Principal International Fundraising Consultant

Based in Copenhagen, Paula joined =mc from UNICEF International where she was Head of Fundraising Development and Innovation. Fluent in Swedish, German, English and French, she brings over 15 years experience in the INGO sector, specialising in International Fundraising, Strategy, Innovation.

Paula's customers include OECD, UNICEF International and CARE International.

Chris Washington-Sare, Fundraising Principal

Chris specialises in working on fundraising programmes involving regular and one-off donors for not-for-profit organisations of all sizes in Europe, Australia and developing countries.

Chris has nearly 20 years experience working with a range of not-for-profit organisations. Before joining =mc he was Director of Fundraising and Marketing at Greenpeace Australia Pacific.

Kate Hogg =mc

Kate Hogg

Senior Consultant

Kate has nearly 20 years of not-for-profit experience, specifically in fundraising and business change.

Before joining =mc in August 2011, Kate was a Business Change Manager at the NSPCC where she led on projects to deliver key elements of the NSPCC’s Strategy for the ChildLine and Fundraising Divisions.

She has extensive experience of fundraising at a senior level particularly major giving, working with volunteers and boards during Capital Campaigns as well as special events, and corporate fundraising.

Alex Jelly

Alex Jelly, Fundraising Consultant

Alex has over ten years of fundraising experience in strategic corporate, trust, community and particularly major donor fundraising.

She is currently working on fundraising projects with a range of UK and international organisations including RNIB, UNHCR, OECD and CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA.

Helen Thirlway 

 

Helen Thirlway, Fundraising Consultant

Helen has over 8 years of fundraising experience, including strategy, capital campaigns and regular giving. Having started her career in marketing, she has particular expertise in helping organisations to better integrate their fundraising and marketing activity. 

She has worked at senior level for a range of UK charities and, before joining =mc, she was UK Director at the International Primate Protection League (IPPL).

Clare Segal, Director

Clare is an accredited MBTI coach. She works extensively in Europe and the USA specialising in presentation, influence and communication skills.

Clare has developed cases for a number of fundraising campaigns including NSPCC, UNICEF & Communitas Brazil. She was also a lead figure in developing the emergency fundraising response to the London bombings on 7/7.

Usha Menon

 Usha Menon, Director, =mc|Asia

Usha Menon specialises in Asian market entry, resource mobilisation and fundraising.

She has over 20 years experience in the not-for-profit sector, and most recently held a senior position at Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). She was chairperson of the International Board of the Resource Alliance from 2004–2007.

Usha is based in Singapore and fluent in English and Hindi.

Lucimara Letelier, Director, =mc|Brazil

Lucimara Letelier specializes in communications strategy, organisational structure, board development institutional positioning and fundraising planning.

McPherson’s Philadelphia-based firm proudly represents a diverse group of not-for-profit organisations, including leading PBS and NPR stations, and the United Nations Environment for Europe Program.

Isabella Navarro

Isabella Navarro, Senior Consultant, =mc|Mexico

Isabella specialises in higher educational work, capital campaigns, and fundraising in South America.

She has over 20 years of not-for-profit experience. She was founder and coordinator of the Communications and Fundraising Department at Caritas de Monterrey for 10 years. For the last 13 years she has been Director of Development at the University of Monterrey (UDEM).
