At the moment

I'm currently working with OECD, running workshops to help transform their fundraising capabilities and supporting UNICEF International on their global case for support.

I'm also excited to be working with CARE International in the US to help shape their global strategy to grow unrestricted income. I'm working with them to link our analysis from the internal assessment with the external donor environment, paving the way for real results.

Before =mc

I was at UNICEF for 15 years, working in different regions from Zurich to Geneva. I spent much of my time at UNICEF developing fundraising strategies, working in national operative roles, then more advisory roles.

I enjoy the abstract analysis behind fundraising strategies, but what I love most is seeing strategy implemented through hard work and determination - seeing the tangible action and results is really satisfying. That's one of the reasons why I made the move to =mc - I love the openness to new thinking and insights combined with the determination to deliver practical solutions for customers.
