Research and analysis
Sometimes organisations benefit from a strong data-led approach: independent assessments or external benchmarking projects to help research a problem and evaluate current and past approaches.
How we help
We can help:
- run feasibility studies to assess the potential of new projects
- develop management information systems to help you assess and evaluate the impact of different programmes
- benchmark your organisation's innovation processes against others in the sector using our unique innovation value-chain tool
- carry out global research projects involving hundreds of staff, beneficiaries and stakeholders across different countries and cultures
- provide valuable research to the sector through our own research programmes
Our approach
=mc's research team, led by knowledge management specialist David Segal, will bring a strong, data-led approach to your problems and provide independent assessments of difficult challenges.
Our research projects
We regularly carry out a wide-range of research projects:
- we have run feasibility studies on new projects for UNICEF, the British Urban Regeneration Association and Drugscope
- Soroptomists International commissioned us to carry out global research for its 90,000 members
- we've helped Cancer Research UK to develop a sophisticated Balanced-Scorecard based management information system to assess the impact of their legacy programme
- CARE International used us to carry out a comparison of investment strategies in fundraising
- we carry out and publish the Global Fundraising Confidence survey to help fundraisers form their strategies
- we set up the Global Fundraising Scenarios project, an interactive wiki where top fundraisers shared insights into the long-term future of fundraising
