Training
=mc | Asia provides customised training packages for your organisation. We can offer training designed for specific groups or individuals within the organisation for Board, management or fundraising team. Working with you we will identify the key training needs and build a program designed to meet them.
Executive Coaching
One to one consultations are offered to senior executives to help them with strategic and budgetary planning, organisational change management and leadership within the NGO sector.
Mentoring
As a senior fundraiser, CEO or Board Chair – you may find it useful to have a mentor to assist with brainstorming, critical issues or strategy for example. It's not always easy to find someone in your own organisation to discuss things with so our mentoring service offers support and advice at times when a fresh perspective and a renewed approach is needed.
