This programme is based on the best selling book, The Influential Fundraiser, by =mc's directors Bernard Ross and Clare Segal. The day draws on the latest thinking in psychology and neurology to analyse interpersonal situations and how to handle them effectively. You develop skills and confidence in your own ability to handle donors effectively and manage their expectations.

 

  The course provides a myriad of ideas and techniques and the excellent materials provide valuable reference long afterwards. The day is intensive, instructive and entertaining – Bernard Ross is a top class trainer.
