  • Creating strategic drivers: access latest thinking through using PEST and SWOT to generate strategic drivers to frame concerns
  • Using the Balanced Scorecard effectively: discover the three types of Balanced Scorecards and how to use them in designing and delivering your strategy
  • Clarifying core terms: develop a clear vocabulary for discussing strategy including vision, mission, values, core business, emergent and intended strategy
  • Entry and exit strategies: explore how to frame decisions to enter or exit from activities using Michael Porter's 5 Forces approach
