  • Strategic planning approaches: use the Balanced Scorecard, EFQM, emergent and 'messy' strategies
  • Strategic business units (SBUs): how to organise different departments, services and offerings, formulate awareness and marketing strategies, assess customer and stakeholder needs
  • Quality: define and build commitment to quality, installing quality systems
  • Forward planning matrices: fast, effective models to identify and analyse new strategic directions
