  • Ladders of inference: avoid tackling the wrong problem by using the ‘ladder’ technique. We’ll show you how to use inference ladders to improve your focus.
  • Ishikawa Cause-Effect Diagrams: find out how to use Ishikawa diagrams to help you establish how to improve internal processes that are failing or delivering poorly
  • Simplicity: discover the discipline of simplicity to make your plans and processes accessible and understandable to all
  • Innovation strategies: develop brand new approaches to classic problems using one of eight key approaches to innovative problem solving
  • Team problem solving: learn how to coach teams and groups to solve problems. Help them gain ownership of the problem and solutions
  • Risk analysis: acquire techniques to assess the potential negative impact of your solution and how to eliminate or mitigate them.
