Integrated Management Development Programme

Integrated and flexible solutions for your organisation

An integrated approach tailored to your organisation

=mc offers you an integrated approach to management development. We can take you through the entire process of establishing what your organisational needs are and design flexible learning programmes to link your training to sophisticated performance management strategies.

=mc have helped to develop our managers and directors at Affinity - everything from their leadership, influence and change implementation. We're starting to see a real difference here in both individual and team performance and owe part of that to =mc's very challenging and empowering approach.

Learning clusters & modules

Our programmes normally draw upon eight core clusters. You can mix and match these to suit your needs:

  • Communication: from influencing skills to presentation skills and negotiations
  • Personal effectiveness: from time management to problem solving
  • People performance: from handling poor performance to appraisal techniques
  • Leadership: how to motivate, inspire and direct staff energies and talents
  • Projects: from building project teams to using project planning tools such as PEST, Gantt and work breakdown structures
  • Organisational flexibility: from change management to creating a learning culture
  • Planning: from strategic planning to business planning
  • Creativity and innovation: how to create a positive culture through to knowledge management

A typical programme might involve 3x3 day modules:

RNLI has made significant investment in staff development – it’s something the organisation is absolutely committed to. We’ve used =mc’s management development programme for some time now and results have been far-reaching and tangible. We’ve been very impressed with the programme =mc designed and delivered for our frontline and middle managers and have already seen positive changes across the organisation. =mc were able to tailor exactly the kind of training we needed, with flexible delivery, whilst respecting the culture and policies here at the RNLI.
