Leadership Development Programme

Develop, coach and inspire your team to achieve greater results

=mc's Leadership Development Programme offers you a leader's toolkit to help you challenge and motivate both yourself and your team. Over three intensive days we help you identify what makes a successful leader and introduce you to your Intelligent Leadership profile, a 360o emotional intelligence model developed by =mc.

"The three days were intensive, fun and eye-opening. I have more confidence, and I'm delegating to, working with and developing my team better as a whole. I got great feedback from my boss who noticed I was on top form, well motivated and producing some high quality work."

Alison Innes, Fundraising Manager, United Response
